Transfer my Swayze CRM account to DFY CRM

I agree to be transferred to DFY CRM, which will assume the management of my current subscription. I acknowledge that my subscription will continue at the rate of $97 per month, and this amount will be charged by DFY CRM based on my current subscription renewal date. By accepting this transfer, I understand and agree that all future payments, billing inquiries, and service provisions will be handled directly by DFY CRM.
